We collect information you provide directly through forms on our website. When you submit a contact enquiry or write a review, you provide your name, email address and message content. We do not collect payment card details directly. Card payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway during the booking advance transaction, and we receive only a confirmation reference.
When you complete a booking, you provide personal details required for the reservation: full name, email, telephone number, pick-up location and time, and any special requests or preferences. This information is passed to our booking system and forwarded to the local vehicle provider assigned to your booking.
The provider uses your data to prepare the rental agreement, which you sign upon collection of the vehicle. They may verify your driving licence and process payment for the balance due at pick-up.
